Early Head Start
On-site Community Partners

Caroline County Early Head Start is enhanced by on-site services provided in partnership with community organizations.  These programs include: 
Federalsburg Judy Center, Mid Shore Council on Family Violence, First and Best Parents As Teachers Home Visiting, Caroline County Infants and Toddlers Program, Chesapeake College Adult Education and the Nurturing Parenting Program.

On-site Community Partners

Federalsburg Judy Center services are provided in collaboration with community partners and supporting organizations that include:
Federalsburg Elementary School, MRDC Head Start, Caroline County Early Head Start, Choptank Community Health Systems, Inc., Chesapeake College Adult Education, Caroline County Department of Social Services, Caroline County Health Department, Chesapeake College, Chesapeake Child Care Resource Center, Caroline County Human Services Council, First and Best Parents As Teachers Home Visiting, Caroline County Infants and Toddlers Program, Caroline County Special Education Services, Caroline County Public Library and the Town of Federalsburg.

Supporting Organizations

Caroline County Early Head Start is affiliated with the Maryland Family Network, a nonprofit organization that provides funding and professional support for Maryland's Family Support Centers.  It is also a grantee of federal Early Head Start funds for several programs in Maryland.  Caroline County Early Head Start was established by Caroline County Public Schools and its collaborating partners:  Caroline County Department of Social Services, Caroline County Health Department, Department of Juvenile Justice, Town of Denton, and the Caroline County Commissioners.  The Federalsburg Early Head Start expansion received additional support from the Federalsburg Judy Center, Caroline County Human Services Council and the Town of Federalsburg.
